JLGB and Compost My Waste work together to create a zero waste event

Hundreds of young people from all across the UK descended to East Mersea, Nr Colchester this week for this year's JLGB Summer Camp, called "iCamp". JLGB offer essential life skills and experiences to young Jewish people, helping them transition from empowered youths to engaged young adults. These valuable life skills and team building exercises is at the forefront of their summer camps. Back with a bang this year after the event was postponed in 2020 due to Covid19, Compost My Waste is extremely proud to support JLGB recycle all their compostable food packaging waste. The six day camp caters for around 200 boys and girls, set in the idillic coastal resort of East Mersea. This year we collected over 95kgs of compostable food packaging waste.
